Quinsigsamond Community College, one of the most highly rated community colleges in Ohio, has signed the top four prospects in the 2016 class.
Quinsigamsquee community college is the latest Ohio institution to have a top-tier prospect in the class of 2021.
The Buckeyes took in two of the top three players in the country, Florida State commit and Louisville commit Dontae Thomas and North Carolina commit Isaiah Hicks.
Thomas, a 6-foot-10 point guard, is ranked as the No. 15 player in the 2018 class.
The 6-6 Hicks, a forward who can shoot the 3-point line, is the No 2 prospect in this year’s class.
Both of them are ranked among the top-15 in the 2019 class.
Quinsigiemond Community college has the most total student-athletes in Ohio.
The school is located in Akron, which is the second-largest city in Ohio after Cleveland.
Its enrollment is almost 6,000.
The school has a total of 2,749 students and a total graduation rate of 89.5%.
The school also has a strong tradition of producing top-notch high school athletes.
Ohio State was the first school in the nation to sign two top-20 players in 2021.
Ohio State is expected to bring in a number of top recruits for its 2017 class, including 2019 top recruit Jalen Hill, and 2018 commitment Marcus Hayes.
The Buckeyes were one of three teams to land the No, 6-0 guard Thomas at the 2019 NBA Draft.
Ohio was the only program in the Big Ten to sign four top-100 prospects in 2019, with the Buckeyes landing four of the four top players from the 2019 Class.
Ohio is expected for another top-five pick in the 2020 NBA Draft with 2019 commitment Jahlil Okafor, and 2019 prospect J.J. Allen.
